Artwork Sales – No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales of original artworks through [Gallery Name] are final.

• Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of original artworks, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

• We ensure accurate descriptions and photographs of each piece. If you have questions about a specific work, please contact us before purchasing.

• In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue but do not guarantee replacement or refund.

Executive education programmes- Refunds as store vouchers

We understand that scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances may arise. For our executive education programs, we offer partial or full refunds as store vouchers, depending on the timing of your cancellation:

Cancellation Timeline

• 14+ days before program start: 100% refund issued as a store voucher

• 7–13 days before program start: 50% refund issued as a store voucher

• Less than 7 days before program start: No refund

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• They may be used toward any future executive education program or other eligible services.

• Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Programme Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us

• In the event that [Gallery Name] cancels or reschedules a program, you will be offered:

• A full refund as a store voucher, or

• A direct transfer to the rescheduled date or a comparable future program
